We’re excited to get ABOVE to you!

Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once they are ready to ship.
  • Shipping Timeline: We are currently in a pre-sale for the initial run of devices. All pre-sale orders will begin shipping in Spring 2025. We’ll keep you updated on your order status and provide tracking information as soon as your device ships.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order is delayed or missing after shipment, please contact us at team@goabove.ai. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, but ABOVE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
