Warranty Policy
What is Covered:
This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship (i.e., manufacturing defects) in the Al Necklace for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If your necklace has a manufacturing defect during this period, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.
What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect (e.g., dropping, immersion in water, or exposure to extreme conditions).
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or degradation from regular use).
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
How to Make a Claim:
If you believe your Al Necklace has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at team@goabove.ai with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos of the defect to help us process your claim quickly.
If your claim is approved, we will either:
- Replace the defective necklace, or
- Repair the defective necklace, at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, and we are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
