Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns and Refunds
Eligibility
- 30-Day Return Window: You can return your product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of the Product: To qualify for a refund, the product must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and any included documentation.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns and refunds.
Refund Process
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged in transit.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days after inspection.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, please allow 5-7 business days after inspection for the refund to appear on your statement.
Defective or Damaged Products
- Defective Products: If your product is defective or malfunctioning within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a free return label for you to send it back to us. Once inspected, we will offer a replacement.
- Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Products marked as Final Sale: Any items marked as “Final Sale” on our website are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for returned items that are no longer in new or resale condition (e.g., opened packaging, missing accessories)
Warranty
All our products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty claims after the 30-day return window, please refer to our Warranty Policy on our website.
